The room I booked turned out to be tiny and had no windows at all. The AC wasn't cold, and the shower was broken. It looked like the faucet was pouring water from above, and the water didn't all go down the drain, instead it pooled. Upgraded for 50,000 rupiah per day. The AC was better, and there was a window, although it seemed like the outside was sometimes used as a hangout for employees. The shower was still awful, but the water didn't pool anymore. The curtain was also dirty.

The service is excellent, the hotel is strategically located close to the center of Bandung, and is convenient for those of you who want to visit Bandung.

Overall, this hotel is nice and clean. The location is also strategic. However, during my stay, the guest next to me was very noisy during bedtime.

The breakfast menu is quite varied, there is white rice, side dish (looks like crispy chicken fillet), fried noodles, clear porridge (referred to as corn porridge), bread, fruit (pineapple, watermelon), hot & cold drinks. If there were more side dish options, not just one type, it would definitely improve the satisfaction and experience of the stay. Otherwise, it's okay.

You can leave your belongings before check-in time and also after check-out time.

Got a room at 310, the room was nice and very clean, hot shower worked well, got 2 towels, TV worked well, cold AC, soft mattress, there was a hot water kettle, glasses and coffee sugar tea, there was a safe, free water refill right in front of the room, there was free room cleaning service. Security and employees were all friendly. The downside was some of the tiled floors made a sound when stepped on, the room size was a bit narrow hehe because it just fit my body, and there was no bathroom bidet so it was difficult to clean the slippery floor. Overall it was really good because it was close to everywhere especially Braga. If I go to Bandung I will stay here again, thank you.

Stayed at the Veteran Hotel for 3 nights, it was nice, comfortable, clean, but the breakfast was lacking.
