The hotel is close to the city center, the room is spacious, there is cold water, there is hot water, people say it's scary, but yesterday it wasn't scary at all, it was cozy, the elevator is small and the breakfast is quite good.

Actually I have often stayed here because of the good service and the hotel makes me calm. But just yesterday I was disappointed because it turned out to be with guests who were having a gathering, at night they were really noisy even though I had complained & they had been reprimanded but they were still noisy & made me very uncomfortable, my husband & I intended to rest because we were from Jakarta so it was useless not being able to sleep. especially when having breakfast as a regular guest mixed with people gathering it was very uncomfortable & felt like eating at the market, very crowded and had to queue. even though if there were no people gathering it was very comfortable. please for the next time those who have gathering events are separated from regular guests to maintain the comfort of regular guests. because this is a star hotel class, not a villa. thank you

The staff is friendly, the building is quite clean, but some of the facilities are a bit under-maintained, for example, the playground area, where the mats are worn out. But so far so good for the price.

First impression, the staff was very friendly and responsive in serving us, the check-in process was smooth and very informative, the room was clean, all the facilities were complete, we slept soundly until morning, the breakfast was quite complete with a bright morning atmosphere, you could say we enjoyed our holiday at this hotel, thank you.

It's really nice and clean, the pool is a bit dirty but it's well maintained.
