Please clean the room if you're having guests. At least add some air freshener. It smells really musty when you walk in.

The telephone cable was broken, there were ants in the room, but the hotel is in a good location, and the staff service is also very good.

Strategically located, comfortable hotel, with a room with a spacious enclosed balcony. The food is limited in variety but tasty, but the phone from the room doesn't work to contact the operator/customer service.

Stayed two days before Eid, very satisfying from the room and bathroom. Basic amenities soap, shampoo, toothbrush & toothpaste only. Shower cap was missing even though there was a shower. Towels were quite thick and absorbent. Old-fashioned room interior, AC in good condition, soft & comfortable mattress. Warm lobby, AC reduced, breakfast taste & variety are less than standard. The worst is the narrow parking lot. Friction with motorbikes. The staff tried their best to squeeze in the parking lot but it was uncomfortable when leaving having to wait for 2-3 cars to be moved. Deposit 50,000 for the key must be accompanied by a receipt. Otherwise the staff will wait until they get it even though the key is ready to be returned. Even though there is only 1 room card. Yes, that's the downside.

Closest to Ciwalk, the motorbike parking area gets rained on, helmets have to be brought to the room, or left in the lobby

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean and non-smoking, the breakfast is quite good, I got a room on the 6th floor, because the smoking area is on the 7th floor, so if I want to smoke I have to go up one floor.

Serella has become a regular for our family, thanks to its super-strategic location across from a popular mall, surrounded by numerous food stalls, and of course, reasonable prices. Parking is a bit tricky, but don't worry, there's valet service and key safekeeping.

A hotel with various price variants, with the attraction of being close to the city center, a step towards Jalan Cihampelas, the service is okay, but the parking lot is quite narrow when it's full, and the water heater doesn't work properly, the hot water doesn't feel warm, in fact it's hotter if the water is left for 1 hour in the sun.

Please clean the room, maybe the staff forgot. Please be more attentive. Thank you.

Everything is satisfying, especially the location right in front of Cihampelas Mall.
