The room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough for a quick stopover, and the hotel's location is strategically located near busy areas. Parking is ample. The food is 7/10, as the fried noodles were a bit too salty yesterday. Otherwise, it's standard for a 2-star hotel. Good job.

Worth for the price. Stayed 2 nights and every day the room was always cleaned by the staff, even the bottled mineral water that I did not use was still refilled.

The bed is soft and the room is clean But unfortunately, it seems like the rules and system are different from Citradream Cirebon.. The TV is not a smart TV and the request for late check out is only until 12.30 Overall OK

The location is in the middle of the city close to everywhere. The price is also affordable. Anyway, if I go to Semarang, I want to stay here again

The paint on the toilet seat was peeling and dirty, with lots of dirty stains as if it hadn't been scrubbed.

The room is nice, quite clean and quite big for the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

unfortunately the restaurant is closed during the long weekend check in took a while

1st.. I booked non smoking room, but they provide me smoking room!!!!!! 2nd.. one of the room has a leak. The water all around the floor in bedroom area. Then they change to another room 3rd.. the bed is very uncomfortable. I bet the useful life is more than 5years. Worst than (sorry to say) OYO level 4th.. The bathroom floor is very slippery. I’m sure it has never been scrubbed. Come on! It's Citradream.. not a random oyo in a small alley

The parking area is narrow. The AC in the room was leaking. Then at night, there was a sound like someone was renovating, so it disturbed the customer who was going to rest (sleep) & I had time to call the receptionist to check it. In addition, cleaning equipment such as mops etc. I saw several times in the morning (they were not tidied up - a bit to the middle of the road) so they interfered with the way to the elevator / to the lobby & dining area. The location of the hotel is quite strategic.

The hotel staff is friendly, the location is very close to the city center and shopping, we are regular guests when we have family events.

I checked in in the afternoon, the security guard felt sorry for him, he had to arrange the outside himself, so it was difficult for us to park because the parking lot was narrow and there was no one to direct us🫤 because they need 2 security guards for each shift.. there was no bellboy, I had to wait for the security guard, while the security guard was already busy taking care of the outside, he still had to deliver the goods to the room, but in the end it wasn't the security guard who delivered them, there was someone else.. I ordered 2 rooms, 1 of which was safe, clean and fragrant, the second room, room 301, had just been opened and it smelled really bad of cigarettes, it smelled really bad even though I sprayed it with perfume, it still smelled of cigarettes until we asked the guy to deliver the goods, this room smelled of cigarettes, he said yes, report it to the receptionist, he said this is a non-smoking room haha sis, come here and check my room🫤 the person who checked the room called us, we emphasized that this room smelled of cigarettes and it wasn't us who smoked.. when I was getting clothes, suddenly someone passed by, a child cockroach😭😵‍💫😓 the bathroom door likes to get stuck when opened fully, it's hard to close, if forced, it will fall off😓 the roller blind can't be pulled😓 this happened in room 301, room 305 is safe, no problems.. I've stayed at Citradream more than 3 times and this is the most unpleasant experience and I have to say so that there are improvements so that in the future Citradream can be better. thank you

Good for staycation with a budget hotel.

One of my favorite hotels for the business trip in Semarang. The price and the comfort were worth it.

Booked 3 rooms but 1 room when we first checked in and it took almost 30 minutes for it to cool down (AC) and the room was not soundproof, the facilities in the room & toilet were incomplete.

Breakfast lacks variety and taste too.
