hassle-free process, friendly staff, got a cheap price plus breakfast at Traveloka and the breakfast was delicious, thanks Rofa, first vacation with family, I miss it, hopefully there will be good fortune to go there again

The staff was not very friendly, did not explain what time breakfast started and where the restaurant was, at 8.30 the restaurant was not open yet. At check-in, they were not escorted to the room.
