cleanliness is okay, it seems like the building has been around for a long time and needs a lot of renovation,, the noise level is very bad for the price of 200 and above, when there are other guests it can be heard all the way to the kitchen, people chatting and walking,, privacy is very lacking

the staff is friendly, the location is close to several beach attractions. very pleasant and strategic.

Hotel berada di tikungan jalan sebelah rumah makan Minang. Hotelnya sederhana, letaknya di lantai 2 di atas klinik. Resepsionis ramah, pelayanan seadanya. Kamar luas 2 bed, AC dingin, kamar mandi buruk, perabot lama, ada air panas, sabun-sampo cair, odol-sikat, TV tidak ada saluran, wifi cepat. Dan tidak terkesan.

Good Service. Every day the rooms are cleaned and tidy again. So you don't have to worry about the room when you go out for recreation all day. Transportation is very easy because it is strategically near the main road. Near the market.

Pas datang hotelnya lagi renovasi. Awalnya tidak mengira kalau ternyata itu hotel dari depan. Lift kecil sekali hanya muat 2 orang + 2 koper. Begitu check in di lantai 2, kelihatan banget kurang pencahayaan. Pas sampai kamar juga AC-nya AC yang sudah kuning dan tidak dingin walau sudah agak lama nyalanya. Lantai banyak bercak cat tembok, pencahayaan tidak ada, kamar mandi kotor dan lemarinya juga sudah ngelupas. Mungkin karena sedang renovasi jadi banyak debu juga. Akhirnya saya mutusin untuk pindah hotel. Gak sempet foto juga karena bener-bener cuma 15 menit di dalam kamar.

It was stated as having free WiFi when booking but on arrival they did not have. No bottled water as well. The front desk though was nice and sympathetic.

The bathrooms were not clean and the hot water didn't work.

Clean, friendly service, but there are things that need to be improved, namely the easy shower water tap.

this accommodation is recommended when you need a quiet place to stay but near to the other shops or restaurants. it would be better if the warm water is functioning properly.

This hotel has stairs, carrying a large suitcase is rather difficult. the rooms are big enough, and the only person who is on guard is also very nice and helpful during my stay. Thank you!

Weak, spacious rooms. Only the car park is less spacious. Many rental cars are parked.

Please improve the cleanliness of the toilet.
