The view from the room and in the pool area is very beautiful.

The hotel staff is friendly, and the parking is spacious and convenient. Just a suggestion: the toilet faucets are lacking proper inspection and maintenance.

Very bad hotel, first time I've ever seen a hotel where the power went out twice and for a very long time, and the handling was very slow. went down to the 1st floor using the emergency stairs because the power went out and someone was trapped in the elevator

old hotel but from the outside it still looks grand and nice.. so far the room is clean, just needs some maintenance, like in the bathroom there are many things that need to be fixed... for bathroom equipment etc. complete.. super spacious swimming pool.. really nice view everywhere but haven't had time to try swimming the distance to the city is quite good, to ibarbo is also quite close, looking for food and minimarkets around is a bit difficult.. well there is online.. safe.. thank you indolux

for the service after staying very impressed when asked by the receptionist employee (were there any problems while staying?) and I answered yes, it is very unfortunate for the bathroom, the water does not flow quickly when taking a shower, and the toilet flash also came off but it can be fixed by yourself without having to call the cleaning service because it was a new position when I arrived at check in. for the restaurant, there is less variety of food and beverage menus.. for the room is still okay.

The hotel is clean, suitable for families. Only the swimming pool is not too big so it's very crowded, but the swimming pool is nice on the rooftop so you can see the cityscape of Jogja 😂❤️

The service was very good, the room AC was hot, but finally we were able to move to a room with normal and cold AC. TOP

A quiet hotel because it is quiet except on weekends, the staff are friendly even though they are in a bankrupt condition.

I've stayed here twice and I'm satisfied. The swimming pool is cool, the view is cool, the city of Jogja, the city lights are cool at night.

The room's AC is hot, we've been moved to a different room and floor but we still get a room with a hot AC, a dirty bathroom with yellow moss.

for the staff service is good. facilities are ok, for the swimming pool the water is not clear, maybe because of the rainy season.

The room is okay, comfortable, good service but I don't recommend the breakfast, it's a 4 star hotel but when it comes to breakfast, the food is brought to me, initially I asked for sausages and they gave them to 2 children, but it turned out my children didn't have enough, I asked for more and was immediately told sorry ma'am, the sausages are out, I stayed there for 2 days and the breakfast menu for 2 days was the same, I don't recommend having breakfast there
