This is my second stay at Shakti. The staff are all super friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are great. 👍🏻👍🏻

This is my second time here. Overall, I wasn't disappointed, except perhaps for the breakfast. The second time I was here, the breakfast menu was actually reduced. It was still the holiday season, and the pool was at its best. The water was very cold, but I think it would have been better if it were warmer or at a neutral temperature.

It's fun, the staff is friendly, the breakfast menu is delicious.

The hotel staff are all friendly. The check-in and check-out process is also fast. The room is clean and quite spacious. We arrived at the hotel quite late and were rewarded with a comfortable room. Next time we will stay there again :)

The staffs there were very friendly and helpful, however, the bedroom & bathroom facilities looked kinda old, also the room was not soundproof so I could hear a lot of noises from the vehicles, also the sound of people talking outside the room. The bed and the AC condition were okay. I think a little renovation for the room would make it 5 star because the staffs were super friendly 🙏🏻

first time at Shakti Hotel, for a family room at a price of 1.4, I hope I can get more, the location is not strategic, the food is good but not very varied, I also got a buffet dinner for 2 people, cleanliness needs to be improved, the check in check out process is fast, parking is also easy

It was a pleasure to stay 2 nights at Hotel Shakti Bandung. The room was spacious, clean, facing the Al Jabar Mosque. The breakfast was varied, many kinds and delicious. God willing, next time I want to stay here again

Very satisfied. I want to stay there again, especially since the food is delicious and the staff are all friendly.

Unfortunately, the toilet does not have a separate flushing shower.

I often stay here and never get disappointed, but yesterday, Saturday, June 14, my stay was disappointing. The plug was hard to plug in, really disappointed.

The room design is quite interesting. The bedroom is separated from the living room. There are 2 bathrooms so there will be no fighting or queuing.

The room was too twisted in the next building, wrong room reservation.

Complete and delicious food. Many menu choices.

Try to pay attention to the maintenance room again! 1. The balcony door is broken. 2. The hairdryer is dead

none of photo i could take coz i do focus on enjoying the vibes. totally recommended all the way the hotel could give the services for family staycation, a loved one! we would love to come back another holiday! 💝the room is comfortable 💝restaurant is NICE, VARIES good food n drinks! 💝enough swimming pool space, with clean towels provided and proper shower&changing room for men and women 💝I LOVE the steam room under the swimming pool (just ask the staff to turn on) 💝I enjoy the gym facilities too, not much nor good maintained, but enough to sweat 💝there is a FISH POND within a lot of LOCAL KOI inside , so refreshing! 💝don't forget there is an outdoor playground for the kids, just the left-way from the entrance. such not maintained (the hotel staff has informed us it is not recommended to use), but my kids still play there savely anyway 💝please remember the YAMAHA CLASSIC PIANO you could play just beside the main lobby 😍 💝only about 3-4 km from Tegalluar Whoosh Stasion 💝nearby Masjid Raya Al Jabbar 💝nearby Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Football Stadium 💝nearby UIN Bandung Sunan Gunung Djati thanks a bunch for your service!
