The service is responsive and the staff are all friendly. The ambiance and facilities are complete and nice, and the pool has a beautiful view. The strategic location is convenient, close to everywhere, and there's plenty of food nearby. However, the food was a bit bland for me, but the chili sauce was great. Unfortunately, the cake and donuts were so hard they were inedible, so they were a waste.

The entire hotel staff was very friendly, especially Ms. Dwi, who assisted with our check-in and check-out. The hotel was neat, clean, and fragrant with lemongrass. The rooms were also clean and comfortable, including the bathrooms, and had smart TVs. The kid-friendly pool is integrated with the bar. The parking staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. This was our first stay at this hotel, and we were very satisfied.
