Later that night, I found the toilet's flush pressure weak, and I contacted customer service, but they told me a technician would come later. I don't know if the technician arrived because I stayed for a while to buy mineral water outside because I didn't take water from the hotel dispenser due to the dirty pitcher. When I returned from outside, the toilet flush was still the same, with no changes. The noisy AC disturbed my rest. On the second day, I was sure that when housekeeping cleaned the room, it wasn't completely cleaned because there was an insect (a dead cockroach) that I found at night, but the insect was still in that position. And in the desk drawer, I found a small insect that was still alive, which I killed by spraying hand sanitizer. A sharia hotel, but it doesn't reflect the cleanliness and suitability of the facilities...
