A decent 3 star hotel, friendly staff, clean room service

We stayed in rooms 433 & 434. In room 433, the toilet's water tank wasn't working. So we had to collect water in the trash can to flush it down the toilet. Luckily, the basket still had a plastic cover. The room's lights were dim.

Not satisfied with the facilities for a room price of 400 thousand, but the room facilities are inadequate.

The room wasn't as ordered: dirty pillowcases, dirty sheets, cigarette butts on the floor, and dusty windows. When I complained to the hotel reception, they weren't helpful at all!

The room did not meet expectations, it was dirty, there were no towels, luckily we were able to change to a slightly better room, but the quality of the room did not meet expectations.

The service is lacking if the location is really good.

The condition of the hotel is like it lacks maintenance.

The hotel staff was friendly, but there were some issues with the availability of towels in the room. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom, and the lighting in the bathroom. There may have been a shortage of staff or technical issues with the room preparation.

This hotel is really bad..how come there are no towels available..when I asked for them, they said the laundry people hadn't delivered them..the room smells..the TV is blurry..

This hotel looked so huge and large, some services and facilities must be upgraded to be a premium hotel and customers love to visit it..

The aura of an old hotel that looks like it's about to close down is very strong. Minimal maintenance, the granite floors are cracked and falling off. The bedsheets in the room are also dull and untidy. The walls are moldy. But for that price, you can't expect much. It's a shame, given its strategic location, it could be better. Well, I probably won't book this hotel again in the future. That's my experience.

The room looks like it's not well maintained, the door is hard to open, the towels and pillowcases don't look like they've been washed properly. Please improve the service.

The hotel is well-located, but the management seems to be lacking in quality and cleanliness. I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned, with trash strewn everywhere. I noticed this upon arrival, but was immediately moved to a clean, ready room.

The room was damp, the bed cover was dirty (I asked for a new one to be replaced), it was very uncomfortable.

Well, that's how it is... The service is good, but the building is an old building.

In my opinion, this is a pretty impressive hotel near Medan's Ring Road. The staff is friendly, the rooms are large, clean, and come with two bottles of water. The shower in the bathroom also works well. The hotel's location is very strategic, being close to Manhattan Mall, making it a great option for vacations or business trips in Medan. The breakfast is also satisfying, with a wide variety of menu items. The Wi-Fi is fast, and there are massage services for those who need to relax after a long day. Overall, it's worth staying, but the security guard needs to be given more hospitality training to make them look like they're doing their job.

The receptionist was friendly, the rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel's surroundings are plentiful with culinary options and easy access.
