The staff was friendly, there were used towels left in the bathroom, and the breakfast was decent. There was an event going on, so it was busy, but a gentleman from the staff immediately came to my door and set up a reserved table so we didn't have to wait. Overall, everything was quite good.

The hotel's location is just steps from Jalan Slamet Riyadi. It's close to Paragon Mall and Solo Square. The service is quite friendly. Although there was a slight room issue, they were able to provide a solution. The food is also quite tasty and varied. There's an indoor swimming pool.
