Bad service, not recommended.

The hotel staff is very friendly, only the parking needs attention, the bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved, basically it is recommended for those looking for a place to rest and those traveling far to stay here.

The room was not clean, the bathroom door could not be locked, no towels were provided, there was no telephone for communication with the receptionist. Ordered 1 bed, until the hotel gave twin beds on the grounds that rooms with 1 bed were out of stock.

The location is very good, just lack of maintenance. Like many cupboards and keys have loose handles. And when I stayed there, the elevator was also broken. Suggestion for the management to get it fixed. It's a shame, the location is good.

Hotel kusam, ac ga dingin, baru check in liat kamarnya langsung ganti hotel.

Intinya sangat kecewa! 1. Shower air rusak, kadang ngalir kadang tidak. 2. AC kamar tidak dingin. 3. Jendela kamar terbuka terus, tidak bisah terkunci/tertutup. 4. Lemari pakaian terkunci/di ganjal kertas. 5. Pintu kamar mandi tidak bisah tertutup. 6. Tembok kotor. 7. Di kasur ketemu kutu kasur.

Strategic location right in front of Lippoplaza mall.

The room has an old concept but the room is spacious, the bathroom is spacious, there is a little damage in the closet, only 1 electric plug, there is not one near the mattress, the choice of local TV channels, limited toiletries, no water heater and tissue

The hotel is right in the middle of the city near the RM facility, Plaza, TV, wifi, hot shower, cold AC, unfortunately it leaks, the cleanliness of the room walls is not clean, it needs to be repainted, the furniture in the room, the table, needs to be replaced. Complete the coffee maker. The towels are wrinkled so they also need to be replaced so they look hygienic. Then it's up to you whether you want to book or not.

The waiters are friendly, the rooms are clean.

The AC is not cold. The bed linen smells.

So bad. Very disappointing.

For the first time staying here, there are no complaints, the rooms and service are great.

Kamarnya kurang bersih dan hotel sudah sangat lama, mulai dari lift tidak berfungsi, pintu kamar yang usang dan sudah rusak, air panas tidak ada, ranjang yang sudah lembek, pelayanan hotel kurang profesional, sarapan pagi yang kurang bisa dinikmati karena sebagian makanannya ada yang kurang berkualitas.

Strategic location, but poor facilities, elevator doors don't close tightly, bathrooms are crusty.

The facilities are not good, there are no towels, the wifi network is not good, the room door is often jammed, lots of sawdust on the floor.

The rooms are not clean & the facilities are not complete, the receptionist is friendly.

AC kurang dingin, saluran TV terbatas.

There are no towels and soap in the bathroom and no hot water either.
