Smelly bathroom water, toilet is also not clean.

Overall off okay with cheap prices and easy access to shopping centers. Only the water smells of the ground which is quite strong.

The hotel is quite clean and tidy but smells like an empty room for a long time, shabby bed cover and not helpful employee due to I brought my mom with a wheelchair, they won't help us to get my mom out of the car to move to the my own wheelchair.

Staying there was nice, clean, cheap, near the city, but unfortunately the security guard was too small and his eyes were agile.

In addition there are supporting facilities such as water dispensers, refrigerators, sinks, stoves that can be used by residents of the room together. But unfortunately, when I checked in the room had a lot of mosquitoes. Not to mention the lack of reception services, guests are not explained about the facilities provided and are not delivered to the room. It should be even better.

I booked two rooms with bathroom inside, honestly if you're looking for a place to rest after a long walk in a day then this place is recommended, affordable and comfortable. The ACs were cold, the rooms were clean and tidy. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you're coming to Surabaya.

Strategic location. Kitchen and hot water are available. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Various rooms sizes and types (Don’t choose standard room if you need bathroom inside). You can also have good black coffee with cheap price. However, if you meet big group as your neighbor it could cause some noise and no warning from staff. Overall, my family are enjoyed their stay here. Facilities are according to the price.

The place is quite comfortable even though the facilities are minimal, order a bathroom inside, minimal facilities can only soap and towels, Here there is no breakfast but can order instant noodles through watsap clean rooms, convenient for sleeping friendly location close to tunjungan plaza, for a recommended budget hotel.

We get what we pay for, not bad for backpackers, downtown locations, friendly officers and security guards. But don't forget to bring mosquito repellent lotion. So many mosquitoes. For a standard room, the room is very closed maybe because of air conditioning, so stuffy. There is no decoration on the wall at all (no wallpaper or picture), very very simple and standard. Narrow alley and leak when it rains.

First came to the hotel it turned out that my booking was not at the reception and could not enter the receptionist's room there was no solution even though I had shown my booking code. I immediately contacted Traveloka and finally was able to enter the room too even though it was rather late. For the room a lot of mosquitoes but clean. Not bad lah.
