near the hotel, there is a free airport shuttle. the food is not served buffet style but it is delicious and clean too. for that price as a place to rest for flight transit, it is ok. because it is quite close to the airport.

Assalamu'alaikum warohmatullahiwabarokatuh, the accommodation is very good, it's just that I got a room that was not comfortable with my family for transit before departure, a room with floor dust that probably hasn't been cleaned so it feels dusty, the room view is not attractive because there are no windows, a TV with limited channels that is difficult to access, a card that gets stuck when accessing the door, a location that is far from the surrounding area, just a dining area, there is only an Alfamart next to the hotel, for SPV, they are very good and agile, airport transportation is on time, the restaurant staff have very good service.

The location is close to the airport and access to the airport is easier, thank you.

The staff is very initiative in helping guests to load luggage. The price and taste of the food are top, for example fish and chips at a price of 30 thousand is very okay.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, the price is affordable, unfortunately the AC is not cold enough, and the room smells musty, but for the rest it's okay, the service is friendly, then the breakfast is not very varied and the taste is just ordinary, there is an airport shuttle every 2 hours, yes it's okay to stay while waiting for departure or picking up family at the airport.

Please note the bed sheet looks a bit dirty and also the toilet paper. The shower can't drain properly, the water is a bit salty. But for the service is very good and friendly and also free shuttle to the airport.

Overall, it's great, stop by here if you want to fly to Surabaya, the staff is friendly, the room is clean.
