Comfortable, clean, cool air, delicious food, friendly staff.

We got a new deluxe room on the second floor. The views were stunning, morning, noon, and night, and the price was quite affordable. We had dinner at the hotel's cafe-restaurant and also had breakfast. The food was reasonably priced, but the breakfast menu wasn't very varied. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, and there was a prayer room near the reception building.

The hotel is clean, and the staff are very helpful. Highly recommended.

The hotel is comfortable and offers many facilities for children and families. However, the breakfast is lacking in variety, and some dishes are too salty.

The place is beautiful and cool. There's a view of Mount Merbabu and several gazebos for relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but not very soundproof. Sound from inside can be heard in other rooms.

Have stayed here several times, the service is always good. Staff 4.5/5 - fast check-in and check-out. Room 5/5 - new deluxe, the best room here for me. Food 4/5 - more consistent in taste and portion. Environment 4.5/5 - well-maintained garden - clean roads - various play areas. Pool 4/5 - clear water but a bit dirty. Location 5/5 - very good view of Rawa Pening - close to Bandungan Market. Overall satisfying, definitely come here again.
