Friendly, gentle, polite staff.. breakfast not bad..

Good location, easy to find food.

The staff very friendly and the hospitality is very good.

Alhamdulillah, my husband and I felt comfortable staying here. The food is quite varied, the staff are friendly, only there are a few things that are not so nice to see, like the dirty plates left by guests eating in front of the door, it took a while to be picked up. But overall, it was comfortable to stay here.

The hotel is good, the rooms are clean but there are not enough electrical outlets, so it's a bit difficult to charge your cellphone or laptop.

We left our car at the security at the request of a security guard named Angga. Our car keys were left because we were afraid of blocking our arrival and would be handed over to the receptionist, but when we wanted to travel in the morning, our car keys were taken by someone named Angga. So we couldn't leave on time and had to wait. So our work schedule was messed up. But when we asked the security guard on duty, they scolded us back. Please fix everything. Thank you.

I had booked a double bed, but got a single bed because I checked in late.

Ordered twin beds but got 2 rooms with one bed instead.

There were several small sized cockroaches roaming around in the room.

Nice hotel with affordable rate at the heart if Karimun island town. Friendly staff, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nearby the main island jetty.

Location in the center of the town, near to the port, and clean and comfortable room. Good for business trip.

The first room the AC was not cold, reported it to the receptionist, checked and immediately given a room change.

Saat kami check in and di kamar tidak ada toiletries kami menanyakan ke resepsionis dan jawabnnya sangat tidak menyenangkan. Mereka memberi jawaban seperti ini “karena ibu ambil kamar standard jadi tidak dapat toiletries” sedangkan setau saya toiletries itu wajib ada apapun jenis kamarnya. Mohon untuk management maxim memberikan training kembali kepada semua karyawannya.
