The air conditioning in the VIP room is not cold enough, the PK is not high enough for a room that big, so sleeping is not comfortable.

After trying the Patria Group Hotel in Blitar, only the Patria Family had a good experience, the rest were more disappointing and ordinary, especially here, I tried the suite room with the intention of working, but the AC was like a fan, drinking water had to be refilled at the front (from the beginning, when you entered you were only provided with an empty kettle) you have to work hard if you stay here

We are a small family with 2 children aged 3 and 6, mineral water is not provided, we are told to get it ourselves, we have been here from childhood to old age, drinking water is like this, we are told to get it ourselves, we have asked for a cold AC, we were given a room with an AC that doesn't feel cold, we asked to move rooms, the AC feels cold, the food menu is minimal and the puedes are sooo bad I can't enjoy it
