Clean, friendly, good food, close to city center

The bathroom and room amenities are not very clean, is it because it's an old hotel?

I was in a room where the AC kept turning off and on, even though the timer had been turned off. After 2 hours it turned off by itself.

The bed cover was not changed, when we arrived there was already a cover in the middle of the mattress with a dirty afternoon arguing that it looked like it hadn't been changed or had been used. The arguing table and floor were also dusty.

Overall, it's good. The only downside is that there's a wedding reception in the lobby. It should be separate from the lobby.

The room feels old-fashioned. It smells musty. Please clean it before guests arrive.

The staff are all friendly, the hotel atmosphere is quiet and not too noisy.

An older hotel, but still quite popular due to its central location and spacious rooms. The furniture in both the room and the toilet needs replacing. The toilet is poorly maintained, and the bathroom walls look dull. The toilet and sink also need replacing. The flush toilet in the room doesn't flush smoothly. This hotel is actually pleasant. Quite luxurious, too. There's a swimming pool. The food in the restaurant isn't very varied. However, we were happy to stay here again. It used to be our family's hotel of choice when visiting Balikpapan.

After working back and forth out of town for decades, this is the first time I have found a hotel with almost all bad service. Starting from checking in, waiting for almost 3 hours before being able to enter the room at around 15:00. Then asking for a non-smoking room, I was given a room that smelled of cigarette smoke plus there was an ashtray on the table. Next, the sheets and bedcovers smelled of armpits and men's perfume (pungent to the point of nausea), the pillows also smelled pungent, the bed was also hard and felt like there was wire. The toilet was clogged, and there were cockroaches, out of all of them, only the towels were actually washed, you could tell from the smell.

Everything was great, according to the description. Next want to stay again 🙏🏻

Strategic location, satisfactory service

It is quite interesting and the room is spacious and the facilities are good, although it is still being upgraded like new hotels nowadays.

Excellent, the quality has been improved again

The room is quite good, quiet for a vacation. Only the telephone section for ordering or contacting the lobby is quite difficult.

One night in this hotel is not enough, it's really comfortable 😊
