Staying in the Roseland suite is very pleasant, spacious, suitable for bringing family, the kids also like the room decoration, the swimming pool is also quite good, as is the breakfast menu. The downside is that the water in the sink can't be stopped continuously and the AC can't be turned off. I often stay at this hotel when I have the opportunity to go to Balikpapan. The main reason is because of the strategic location and comfort, but input for Sagita is to refresh the interior and equipment in the room such as the dirty garden and the unpleasant smell in the bathroom area. And hopefully in the future they can add Netflix or smart TV facilities in each room. Overall, it is quite recommended 👌

The room was old, the same as when I stayed over 10 years ago under Sagitta. The bathroom needed work, the towels were old, the shower tap was broken, and the water was brown.
