need to clean aircon cause when hot season its feel hot afternoon.. television its need to upgrade the signal very bad and the vision not good. Wifi very bad, signal very bad...

No towels, no kettle😔

The hotel owner mistakenly put my booking to July, while it was supposed to be in June. So when I arrived (June), the staff didn't have my booking record. Luckily, there's an empty room available.

There is no parking space if you bring a car, and it turns out that it doesn't look like the photo, it looks as narrow as a boarding house.

The pool is clean, the rooms are also comfortable, only in room 210 the toilet shower needs to be repaired.

Bagus pelayanan-nya, tempat bersih, namun sayang di laci-laci lemari masih ada sisa-sisa barang, mungkin tidak terperiksa.

Tempatnya bagus, staffnya ramah-ramah. Nyaman juga. Recommended untuk harga segitu. Hanya pas saya menginap ada tamu lain ribut-ribut karaoke malamnya, cukup keras suaranya.

2016 and 2020 have been here with friends and the service is good. Bli Roy was very kind and friendly with us and now in October 2023 I will return to Bali and still choose this hotel and meet again with Bli Roy and his friends who are very, very kind and really make my husband and I comfortable. Even though initially we were given a room upstairs by the new guard, in the end Bli Roy remembered us and we were given a room downstairs in front of the swimming pool, Bli Roy was really top. New guards have to understand guests better because we already like this hotel, don't change the service, okay?

Pelayanan sangat buruk sekali

The swimming pool is ugly and the mattresses smell of the sweat of people who previously stayed overnight.

The bathroom is spacious, the room is also spacious, comfortable, the receptionist is friendly, you can have breakfast, you can also order what menu you want.

Dirty rooms by paying that much in hotels I have stayed in during the pandemic using an online agent, this is the worst. Class * 3 rooms are not ready for vacant rooms but there are dirty towels on the cupboard, dirty toilets, room amenities (sugar, coffee, tea, soap shampoo) are not complete, mineral water is only given 1 even though the guest is 2pax, after I request the staff says it cannot because only pay that much. Pay what that means, I pay according to what on the website and expect what is appropriate in the facility application that I get. Very disappointing and not recommended.

The facilities are all good, the guard is very friendly and kind minus the hot water in the bathroom is dead but I have been given the option to move rooms, only I said no because I wanted a bathtub, will come back again at another time.
