The stay experience is always memorable, all hotels have their own characteristics. For the hotel standard, there is no need to doubt it, but I was a bit disappointed when checking in at Grand Zuri Duri, when checking in around 01.30 in the morning, I waited more than 10 minutes because the staff was not there, after that the amenities in the bathroom were missing 1 toothbrush, we contacted the receptionist again but after 4 calls, the 5th call was answered and about 20 minutes later we were delivered to our room. I chose Zuri Group because the service provided never disappoints, especially in the early morning when I checked in, of course I wanted to be able to rest quickly, but I was a bit disappointed with the staff on duty that night. Maybe that's all the corrections from me, hopefully it can be a concern for gz duri.
