The stay experience is always memorable, all hotels have their own characteristics. For the hotel standard, there is no need to doubt it, but I was a bit disappointed when checking in at Grand Zuri Duri, when checking in around 01.30 in the morning, I waited more than 10 minutes because the staff was not there, after that the amenities in the bathroom were missing 1 toothbrush, we contacted the receptionist again but after 4 calls, the 5th call was answered and about 20 minutes later we were delivered to our room. I chose Zuri Group because the service provided never disappoints, especially in the early morning when I checked in, of course I wanted to be able to rest quickly, but I was a bit disappointed with the staff on duty that night. Maybe that's all the corrections from me, hopefully it can be a concern for gz duri.

Wanted to staycation, take a villa room with a pool view but instead got the first room not facing the pool and very noisy with the sound of trolleys passing by. I was warmly welcomed by the hotel porter upon arrival, and the check-in process was quick. The hotel staff assisted me with my requests well and quickly. They spoke good English (I interacted with different staff throughout my stay) so there was no issue in communication. Housekeeping was also great and I returned to fresh towels and neat sheets. There was no view from the room I stayed in (blocked by another building) but it was not much of an issue as there was enough daylight shining through the window in the morning and that was enough for me. The shower temperature was not that great in the bathroom, so I couldn't control it well (either too hot or fully cold) but I managed on my end. Location-wise: It was situated by the main road so noises are to be expected throughout the day/evening but there should be no problem in the wee hours. Overall, I felt comfortable throughout my stay and would consider staying here again on my next trip!

This is the 3rd time staying at this hotel, unfortunately it has been reviewed twice about the small water in the DELUXE room bathroom, especially the hot water like a guesthouse. Frankly, there has been no improvement from the management. Regarding the previous review. It seems that the management of the Zuri Duri Hotel should visit the bathrooms at the Zuri Dumai and Pekanbaru Hotels. If you take a shower, you are very satisfied, the fatigue of work disappears. Different from the Zuri Duri. The bathroom is already narrow/small plus the hot shower water if the faucet is selected hot water. It is not comfortable to take a shower, mixed with cold water, there is no heat. Very DISAPPOINTED. Hopefully the room facilities can be improved.
