From the start, I checked in, the service was really beer making it hard to make it work until it was broken, just because the check-in from the online agent, and the facilities were completely unexpected, uncomfortable air-conditioning, fan-like, smelly and weak water, swimming pool with lots of worms and dirty. Then I was fined 40,000 should be 80,000 because I was late checking out for only 20 minutes (because I hadn't arrived at the villa) and it was an appointment with the recpsionist and then I returned to the villa and was asked to pay 80 even though I had promised before, so I insisted I am consistent I pay 40,000 because I complain that the facilities have never been heeded to only be seen and there is no solution to move rooms, for whatever reason I am disappointed!
