It should have been stated that the swimming pool was separate from the hotel. I booked a room hoping to participate in the kids' swimming competition just by taking the elevator down, but it turns out the pool is far from the hotel. 500,000 Rupiah wasted.

While the overall service was quite good and satisfactory, we found the linen and towels to be lacking in cleanliness. Our room had a pillowcase and bedside table that we found to be less than clean, with numerous stains and worn or dirty colors. The towels we received also had quite a few stains. Perhaps this could be used as a point of review by the hotel so that worn linens and towels can be upgraded with better ones. Thank you.

The hotel was incredibly dirty, with the sheets badly stained and torn. They were no longer white, and they were dirty. The environment was very noisy, and the lobby was noisy. The Wi-Fi didn't work. Hot water was available, but you had to wait 10 minutes. The towels were dirty and stained. The refillable water gallon in front of the room was never filled. It looked more like a boarding house.

I stayed at D'Arcici Cempaka Putih from June 26–29, 2026. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The location is strategic and easily accessible, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was clean. This hotel is suitable for business trips or multi-day stays in the Cempaka Putih area. Hopefully, the quality of service and facilities can be maintained and improved in the future.

So, after checking in that night, it turned out the room's AC wasn't very cool. Contacted the receptionist, who was very responsive and immediately moved me to a room with cool AC. Thank you, sir, for a comfortable stay.
