I stayed at D'Arcici Cempaka Putih from June 26–29, 2026. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The location is strategic and easily accessible, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was clean. This hotel is suitable for business trips or multi-day stays in the Cempaka Putih area. Hopefully, the quality of service and facilities can be maintained and improved in the future.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the facilities are not good, the sheets are not clean and dirty.

So, after checking in that night, it turned out the room's AC wasn't very cool. Contacted the receptionist, who was very responsive and immediately moved me to a room with cool AC. Thank you, sir, for a comfortable stay.

I thought the swimming pool was in the same location as the hotel, as usual, but it turned out to be far away, and I had to spend more money on transportation to get to the swimming pool. What was disappointing was that there was no shuttle service to the swimming pool.

According to the price.. Got a big room but unfortunately the hotel corridor and the room floor were a bit dirty and there were some spots upon arrival.. The bathroom door couldn't be locked and the door was broken.. Too bad there was no maintenance from the management, even though if the hotel was repaired it would definitely be more crowded because the location is close to public facilities such as banks etc.. During the second day of stay there was a wedding event in the lobby and when they were preparing to clean up the lobby area it was a bit smelly, maybe the smell of vendor items.. It really disturbed the comfort of guests waiting in the lobby.. However, with a very cheap price, for a large room it was appropriate for what you get.
