The check-in staff were less than friendly. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but we were told to wait until 3:30 PM, saying they would contact us via WhatsApp. However, it was already 3:30 PM, so we went to the front desk. We were given the room key without any staff present, but we were given a hotel map. When we entered the room, it was clean and tidy, but there was no doormat in front of the bathroom. Until the day of the incident, my child slipped in the bathroom. The next day, the HK staff took the initiative to ask for a doormat in front of the bathroom door. The food was varied, all delicious. The view was beautiful. The swimming pool was spacious. Suggestions: Please, the staff should be friendlier. Customers should be given more attention and preparation during check-in. The hotel didn't want to lose money, so we were called to check out at 11:30 AM, but when we checked in, they didn't complain about the inconsistent check-in time.
