the place is comfortable and clean, and when checking in the staff is very friendly and charming, and the hotel is strategically located in the middle of the city, looking for snacks or food is easier if you travel, access is easier, close to the train station and there are lots of culinary places around the hotel because it's only a few meters to the main road of Slamet Riyady, walking is already there, thanks.

Margangsa is so cool! Please try it, you really won't be disappointed!

The AC doesn't work properly. The water coming out of the faucet is not optimal. There are no table tissues.

I don't know where the mistake between Traveloka and the hotel was made.. I clearly booked 2 double rooms and 1 twin room, but I got all twins. Which one is in a room that is far apart. Even though I booked it a long time ago. And I asked for a connecting door and it wasn't given. I've stayed here before and was satisfied, that's why I made another reservation.. but I was really disappointed with this reservation 😮‍💨😮‍💨

The hotel is nice, clean, and what I like is that it is close to the Sritex sports hall 🥰

city center location so easy to go anywhere I got it on the 1st floor so it didn't take much energy to get to the room The room is spacious and clean with good lighting. The big mirror makes it easy to check outfits and dress up Only the BATHROOM SMELLS AT CERTAIN HOURS

The hotel is in a strategic location, suitable for culinary, the atmosphere is comfortable, the price is affordable, the service is a bit lacking because as soon as you enter the hotel and are escorted, suddenly a water boiler is taken without notification. The water is also refilled, not per bottle.

very comfortable for rest

I chose this hotel because it was high season, on April 31-1, hotel prices everywhere were quite high. I thought about finding a hotel just to be able to sleep, just to transit back to Jogja after going home from Central Java. Checked in to the hotel around 10 pm, greeted by a security guard who was smoking (even though there was a sign saying no smoking at the parking post🫢). Then the security guard took us to room "1xxxx1" which means the room is on the 1st floor, but we were asked to go up to the 2nd floor, then down again to the 1st floor. My husband and I laughed, my husband told the security, sir, we were going around, just walk straight and we'll reach the room (while laughing at us) the father was quiet, maybe he didn't know the room. he carried our bags. Well, when I entered the room, the facilities were simple, mineral water was taken from a gallon outside the room (dispenser), in the room only a kettle and 2 empty glasses were provided. So there was no coffee and tea maker. I drank because I was thirsty. The glass was dry but when I drank, I could smell the aroma of "liquid soap" and after a few sips I drank, then I rubbed the glass and it was really slippery and foamy, it seemed like the glass rinsing process was not clean enough (luckily I didn't get a stomachache 🫢🤩) Well, on that date I got a price of 500 including breakfast, this hotel applies an extra charge for breakfast at a price of 60 thousand for all ages, from children to adults. I brought 2 children, aged 6 & 4 years old, usually when I stay with children they are not charged for breakfast. So only the children eat. The menu is chicken opor, egg opor, eggs with only the white opor seasoning. so 1 menu is actually only differentiated by its chaving disk. there are fruits, coffee tea, liwet rice, crackers, orange extract drinks (not real juice). I think with the price of 500 (high season position), the menu should be upgraded, especially during Eid, most people bring children, for example there is cereal, egg corner, fried noodles etc. then for children if you want to charge it, it should not be flat like adults. for example 50% (just a suggestion haha). while for the c/i c/out process it is smooth, fast.

Best experience, there was a problem at the hotel, the guy was immediately responsive, for that price, getting a hotel in the city center is really worth it.

The location is good, close to everywhere, just need to walk to sate pak manto or hardjo bestik. The room is spacious, unfortunately in the 2nd room the AC is not cold.

Peeling room walls, lots of mosquitoes, TV doesn't work. Smelly bathroom. No hot shower. The environment in front of the room is a dark & dirty hallway, there are rats, an empty warehouse is not maintained, the prayer room is uncomfortable. Ask for hot water in a thermos and pay 10 thousand.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is comfortable with a Javanese atmosphere.

TV is having problems. Old staff was called to the room. Room is quite spacious, cleanliness is lacking, towels & bed sheets need to be replaced with new ones (towels are rough & bed sheets are not suitable for use).

Breakfast does not have many variations because you have to choose only one menu. The bath towel has some tears, it looks like an old towel.

Got a corner room & supposedly with a connecting door to be able to interact with the family in the next room, but because it was probably never used, so the key was apparently lost. Cleanliness is okay, there are prayer mats & Al Quran in each room. The traditional feel is very pronounced because every afternoon gending is heard. With that price in peak season, it's okay..
