The hotel staff is very friendly and responds very quickly, the cleanliness of the hotel in the two rooms is indeed different, I happened to get one that was not very clean, but asked to be cleaned, the hotel staff immediately cleaned it. The most comfortable hotel, there are prayer mats and the Quran in the room, the pool is also large indoors, there is also a children's pool. Breakfast varies every day. The room size is large, the location of the hotel is actually easy to access because it is on the main road. But unfortunately this hotel is poorly maintained, the faucet in the sink is shaking like it will come off, the toilet is not clean. The mattress is also hard, less comfortable to rest.

The receptionist service is very good, providing very complete information. The pool area is very good, complete and clean, spacious parking, electronic devices function well. Old building hotel should fix the toilet because when entering it can not be flushed, the water leaks causing the water to not be able to accommodate and cause flushing failure. The others are OK.

Alhamdulillah the staff are friendly, especially the restaurant staff👍the hotel location is strategic, the room is spacious, there is a bathtub, there is a prayer mat, the Qur'an, the downside is the lighting in the room is lacking. Hot water, the tap works well. There are playground facilities, swimming pools for adults and children on the ground floor. There is also a place to rinse off. Alhamdulillah we are very happy staying there, 4 days 3 nights did not feel. God willing we'll be back to Grasia Hotel, Semarang.

Overall very satisfied staying here. Complete facilities, strategic location, good service. But if I may suggest, improve the cleanliness of the room. Old hotels do need special attention in terms of cleanliness, because the items themselves are no longer new and look dull even though the condition is actually clean. Please provide extra care.
