The sink in the junior suite was clogged, as was the superior one. The receptionist was uninformative; they need to go to hotel school before hiring them.

I stayed in room 216 (superior room), the room smelled of cigarettes, the walls were damp, the ceiling was leaking, so many mosquitoes came in, the pillows smelled musty. It's really unfortunate with these conditions. In terms of location, it is very strategic, in the city center, close to shopping areas, so it's close to everywhere. The facilities are also okay, there is a lift, restaurant, prayer room & ramp for wheelchairs, so it's easier for the elderly or disabled, so please pay more attention to the condition of the room. But overall, it's okay.

Actually, the price is very affordable. With prices starting from 200 thousand, it is worth it to stay. But please pay more attention to the room. I stayed in Room 206 (standard room), the hot shower did not work & the TV channels were blurry. It is very unfortunate with these conditions. The reception staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is clean, the AC is very cold, the wifi is great and the water is okay. Access to Gedung Sate, SKT house, Indomart is close.

The location is very strategic, TV channel has many option. An old hotel type (bathroom bit smelly and the curtain dirty, old towel, no liquid bodywash and shampoo), asking for hairdryer but they can't provide.
