Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, delicious food

Nice experience staying at D'Anaya. It feels like home. The staff are friendly. The room is clean and non-smoking type of hotel. Surely will be back again.

Check in and Check Out was smooth not too long.. welcome drink available in the lobby.. Friendly staff.. cleanliness is okay.. the street is not noisy with motorbikes.. breakfast is varied and tastes good.. walking out of the hotel on Saturday night there are many cafes and restaurants, walking only a few minutes. car parking is available next to the hotel, precisely in the Amarylis function hall, one group with the hotel. It was suitable for me at that time who wanted a quiet staycation.. Oh yes, there is a deposit of 100 thousand per room.

This is the second time when I went to Bogor to stay here. A comfortable place to stay, close to the city of Bogor, there is a clean swimming pool, friendly staff, close to snacks and souvenirs.

A regular since 2021, whenever I go to Bogor, I always stay at D'anaya, never not here. Whether there is a new hotel or not, it's still D'anaya because it's comfortable with its really cool and awesome service.

Overall the hotel is comfortable but it is very unfortunate that a 3 year old child was charged additional fees for breakfast and there was no confirmation at the start of check in.

when checking in, no need to wait long. immediately served by other employees. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, the car park is quite spacious even though it is outdoor. The security team is very helpful in this regard. The location is quite strategic. close to the city center. There are many places to eat around it. Hotels with swimming pool facilities are always a priority choice.

Actually I didn't really expect much because it's only a 3-star hotel, but for a short escape this weekend it was quite satisfying. I stayed in a deluxe room with no balcony, the room was comfortable, clean, the bathroom was small but the water heater worked smoothly, got standard amenities & mini bar, there was also a mini fridge, the wifi was also smooth. The service was also okay. Breakfast was standard but delicious. The location of the hotel is also strategic, there are many restaurants around the hotel. The swimming pool is the best because it has a Balinese vibe. But there are several things to note, namely: 1. The TV in the room is not a smart TV, it's a shame because the wifi is free. 2. There are no towels in the swimming pool so you have to bring your own towels from the room, but you can change new towels when you're in the room. 3. The elevator capacity is small, maybe only fits about 5 adults. 4. Children with a height above 90 cm are charged a breakfast charge of IDR 50K per child. Overall, it's really good for a staycation with children. I will come back here next time.

Strategically located accommodation, in the surrounding area there are many places to eat & snack, very friendly service, clean rooms, and breakfast here is delicious, quite varied.

So far the staycation at this hotel is quite enjoyable, it's just that there is only one elevator and it's quite small and can't accommodate many people. I can't imagine if the hotel is crowded. The service is good and friendly. Breakfast has quite a lot of variants.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Front Desk staff is very responsive and my check-in was done in less than 8mins. The restaurant crews also very helpful, they always come n collect empty dishes from our tables and refill the menu. Room was spacious and clean, swimming pool was nice for kids, location is perfect, we walked to Lorena Park and lots of food options and my Mom loves toko perkakas Jaya Baru. all within walking distance from the Hotel. If you going a bit further its also easy to order Grab/Gocar and Blue Bird from the hotel. Overall, it was nice, we loved our stay and will definitely stay again here. Hotel with Balinese-style swimming pool, good and friendly service, I like the swimming pool the most.

I like the type of room I chose, the grand deluxe which turned out to be a semi-mezzanine if I'm not mistaken is unique and aesthetic, and the view of the city lights and also the view of the mountains, the swimming pool is quite clean and has a Balinese vibe, if I come back here I will definitely book this type of room again... with a different view maybe hehehe... the food is quite varied, enough... 😊

Satisfied staying at D’ Anaya + Strategic location, many food places and supermarkets + Friendly service, the receptionist requested a room with a balcony, although the wait was not long * The room is quite spacious and clean and all amenities are complete, refrigerator, safety box * The view is good from the balcony and in front of the room + The breakfast is delicious, the food is delicious + The swimming pool is sufficient even though it is not too big - The wifi is slow - The TV broadcast is not a good picture - The room handle is a bit difficult to close from the outside But overall it is okay and I think I will go back there again.
