Because the room faced the street, it was very noisy, and amenities, especially tissues and trash cans, were missing, so I had to ask the front desk. The pillows were thin and needed upgrading. The bathroom wasn't very clean, and the toilet, in particular, needed some refurbishing. The location and breakfast were a plus, and there was a good variety.

Strategically located, close to many culinary spots within walking distance. The service and friendliness of the staff are excellent.

I really enjoyed staying here. The location is great, the hotel is very comfortable, but the swimming pool is a bit small.

Overall it was ok, only the check-in time was really late at 3 pm, usually check-in is at 1 or 2 pm so we can take a nap after traveling from out of town, if it's already Asr prayer at 3 pm we are not allowed to sleep anymore, so that night we can't fully enjoy the atmosphere of Bogor because we are already tired.

Strategic location, lots of delicious eateries nearby. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety, and plenty of seating in the restaurant. Parking is spacious. The staff kept the rooms neat and tidy. The only downside is the room size is a bit small, and check-in is only until 3:00 PM.

I am very satisfied with the friendly service, the room is also nice and clean, the food is also varied and tastes good, worth it for the price of the room.

Hopefully the cleanliness of the room can be improved.

Friendly service. Access to the basement parking and rooms is excellent thanks to the access card. Clean rooms, good sanitation, and delicious food. The swimming pool is clean. My suggestion is to get a pool view room so you can go back and forth.
