At 20.00 WIB arrived at the hotel, the parking area was dark, no one was there to direct us. Entered the lobby, no one greeted us, Meet the receptionist, Ms. Widya, informed that the twin connecting room, non-smoking (non-smoking) was not available...even though she had accommodated the booking and payment via Traveloka, if it is not available, it is better not to sell it. The solution was that I was told to move to a King room, connecting with an additional fee of 100 thousand/room, resulting in an additional fee of 200 thousand. I couldn't even ask to cancel. Finally I gave in and paid 200 thousand. It turned out that the room we occupied 805 smelled of cigarettes, for 807 it was safe. Reported back to the officer, a technician came (seen from the wearpack used) I asked if this room smelled of cigarettes, the technician said it didn't smell, I asked if you smoke, the technician said YES, for smokers the cigarette smell will not be felt, try it for non-smokers, the cigarette smell is very disturbing. The solution is to spray air freshener by the technician, a temporary solution... when the fragrant smell disappears the cigarette smell comes back... just try the hotel manager to check the aroma 805 himself (if the manager is not a smoker) In my opinion, this hotel is highly not recommended, especially for you and your family who do not smoke, I stayed with 3 children and it was very uncomfortable. First and last stay at Primebiz Cikarang.

the second time I stayed here the price is under 300k with a hotel as good as this, the staff is friendly, the room is clean, the sheets, the blankets are clean white not yellow, the AC is cold, when taking a shower there is hot water, the wifi is fast. Across the hotel there are many culinary and Indomart, but to cross it is a bit scary but delicious. as for the swimming pool the water is a bit cloudy not as clean as the first time I stayed and some of the pool floor is broken. God willing, I will stay again because it is my and my family's favorite hotel.
