Strategic location, comfortable, friendly staff, clean hotel.

Calls at 7:30 PM just to offer a spa are annoying. There's no point in activating the "Do Not Disturb" notice at the door if you're still being harassed by phone! If a guest needs something, they'll call. The window couldn't be locked, so I propped it up with a pencil. The door doesn't have a double lock, so I didn't feel safe. The hotel is clean and has ample parking. Those driving feel safe because they don't need valet parking.

The staff is friendly, informative, and very helpful.

Sometimes their staff help us when we check in, but sometimes there's no one to help bring our bags to our room.

Close to everything, just a short walk. If you want to go on CFD on Sunday, just leave the hotel.

The hotel is quite large with ample parking and a nice swimming pool, there is a shower room, overall cleanliness is good and the connecting door room is spacious & complete, just quite far at the back with the hotel conditions not crowded, input can check the room I occupied because at night there was a little noise disturbance such as repeated knocking quite often to objects whether from the refrigerator, cupboard, ceiling, bathroom or outside the room or others only happened at night when resting and I have tried checking all the places there is nothing strange, otherwise it is comfortable in this hotel, thank you

The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a welcome drink and mini playground for kids.

Surely will go back to this hotel - worth the price, and the breakfast selection was great! I love the "Teh Jawa" selection. The hotel room was quite big, clean, and modern with tall ceilings. You can find a water dispenser on every corner. Not many staff were available at the hotel, though check-in and check-out were no hassle. The entrance, reception area, bar, and restaurant give an old 80s and 90s vibe, but totally different once you enter your room. I guess the hotel management revamps everything except these areas.
