The rooms are spacious, recommended for families. Just a short walk to the mall, it's very convenient.

I chose the Deluxe room, which was quite spacious. The bed was large, with one bed enough for two people. So, for two adults and two small children, there was no need for an extra bed. Parking is ample, as it's integrated with Jogja City Mall. The food is quite varied, and overall, the kids enjoyed staying here.

I booked a Deluxe Double Room at The Rich Jogja Hotel for my parents on a business trip, and overall, they had a very good experience. The hotel has an excellent location with direct access to a shopping mall, which made everything convenient and accessible. According to my parents, the breakfast was also a highlight plenty of food options and delicious dishes that made for a great start to the day. That being said, my mom mentioned that the hotel has a rather classic or old-style vibe, which for her felt a bit spooky at times 😅. She even said the door made creaking noises on its own a few times, Despite that little detail, the hotel overall delivered well in terms of comfort, location, and food. A solid choice for both business and leisure stays in Jogja.

Book a deluxe premier twin room. So far with a price of 500 per night with breakfast and complete and comfortable hotel facilities, this is very, very worth it The hotel is quite kids friendly and the room, thank God, there were no problems with staying for 2 nights and 3 days AC, bathroom, all safe Breakfast is varied and delicious.. The amenity facilities in the room are also very complete But for a 4-star hotel, the service should be better, the staff and the atmosphere of the hotel hallway, so that the hallway is not dark and tense because of minimal lighting. But I don't regret it and God willing, I will stay here again if I have the opportunity to go to Jogja, because there is also a direct connection to the Mall🤗

very friendly staff hotel close to mall

The hotel staff is very friendly. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the hotel because yesterday there was a cockroach in the room, the small pillow smelled, the bathroom was not very clean. This is an old hotel but at least the cleanliness could be paid more attention because it's a shame the location is very good.

This is the most rude experience of staying in hotels and even inns throughout Indonesia. 1. Waiting for check-in at 2 pm okay this one I accept but in the lobby there are no proper chairs to wait and only a few. The people in this hotel really do not understand the concept of hospitality. 2. We have to go to the front office at 2 pm. Bring your own stuff to the room there is no bellboy or someone's initiative to bring your stuff (this is a complete failure as a 4 star hotel). 3. The room on the 16th floor so the key can't open the door. I asked the cleaning service officer but they just told me to wait there is no solution using a master key or anything like that. From the 16th floor went down again to the lobby (when I got on the wrong elevator because no one directed me) all this is rude yes the hotel people are really lazy to provide proper and friendly service. 4. I was really annoyed asking to move to a lower floor if I wanted a smoking room was no problem. The front office lady's voice was so soft that I didn't know what she was saying. Exchange a room with an older model but the floor is close to the lobby, just let it be even though this is a loss of time and money and emotions first. For the rich managers who are on duty on June 13, 2025, do you really work or is this the situation every day? A 4-star hotel with worse service quality than Oyo. Lack of staff? I will never come here again even if I get it for free

Again the problem is in the bathroom, the door can't be closed.

It may need some repairs to the bathroom door and shower as well.
