The bath mat was torn and torn. The bed linen was dirty, brown, and smelly, as were the pillows. Toilet tissue and Kleenex were missing upon check-in.

When we arrived, there were small cockroaches on the table and bed, the towels smelled musty, and at 1:30 in the morning, there was a lot of noise like people were fighting, on the 3rd floor it was really disturbing.

The staff is friendly, the room is spacious, the AC takes quite a long time to cool down but that's okay, unfortunately there are several small cockroaches in the bathroom.

As a transit place to stay, this hotel is quite good. Early check-in is possible, and the receptionist is friendly. It's just quite confusing when ordering a vehicle or food through the application because across the street there is also the Grand g7 hotel. For drivers who are not careful, they will definitely be confused. The room is not too spacious, but not cramped either. There are also quite complete bathroom equipment.

Many cockroaches nest in the room.

Room 202 AC is leaking. Make the room flood in the morning. All wet feet. Complained to the receptionist, instead said 'yes, it's been leaking for a week'. What's not being served? Then on the stairs between the 2nd and 3rd floors there are several girls wearing hotpants sitting around. It was 12 at night when I came back from the concert. They ask, 'uncle want a massage?. Wow. Even looking for guests openly.

The room a little bit dirty, the bath room does not have curtain at the shower side, leakage of water faucet that made waste of water.

Hotelnya cukup nyaman, tempat strategis, harga terjangkau. Namun kebersihan kamar mandi agak kurang. Air panas berfungsi dengan baik, dapet air mineral 2 tapi botol kecil aja, resepsionis ramah. Overall baik sih.
