Room necessities like towels and toothbrushes weren't provided upon arrival, so it took about an hour for them to be delivered. The towels also needed upgrading, as they were rough and had frayed edges. The bedroom looked like it needed redone, and the iron was a bit dirty from old dust. The sheets were also a bit dirty. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

We like the Ratu Hotel, especially the location and the pool. Also, the room floor on the 5th level has been renewed. But we are less happy about the breakfast. Pineapple not fresh, green beans not fresh. I hope the chef will improve the quality. But the staff is really friendly and helpful. Terima kasih banyak.

The AC is cool, there's a minibar, and the Junior Suite room has two TVs. It's spacious and comfortable, perfect for a staycation or honeymoon. There's a bathtub and a swimming pool. The downsides are the power outlets are too far from the bed (you have to charge your phone behind the TV), and you can only watch one TV (using a stand-alone TV), with the other one using an antenna cable (no channels). It's worth it, and hopefully these shortcomings will be addressed in the future. Thank you.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I asked for an extra towel yesterday, but the staff warned me that it would be an extra charge. So it's not just a matter of saying yes, but they'll charge you at the end. Thank you. The room is also quite spacious, I think if you want an extra bed, you can still move around, it's not cramped. The swimming pool is also great for toddlers, my son was happy.

Breakfast had quite a lot of variety, only the taste of the liwet rice and lontong was a bit salty, I stayed on the second day of Eid yesterday, breakfast was on the third day of Eid, after breakfast I went swimming but was still allowed to take food, with the condition that I was not allowed to get wet entering the breakfast room.

This hotel is a family favorite when visiting Serang. However, the more we stayed, the more disappointing and unprofessional we became. On March 23, 2026, we booked and paid for two rooms for two days, checking in at 5:00 PM WIB. However, only one room was available, and the other was made to wait. This is despite the hotel's 2:00 PM WIB check-in deadline.

1. The hotel staff are friendly and like to greet each other when they pass by. 2. Those who like the cold might feel hot, the AC is not cold enough even though it is set to 16 degrees Celsius and there are drops of AC water down onto the carpet (room 433). 3. Ordered fried rice at the restaurant, it arrived 30 minutes later. 4. Left clothes in the room, and there was no feedback from the hotel if there were any guest items left behind, even though they wrote their cellphone number when checking in. 5. Yes, it's an old hotel, some of the facilities and furniture are old and left over from the previous hotel.
