Really enjoyed staying at Harley

The staff was friendly, but the hotel's rules were lax. This was the first time I'd encountered a hotel that didn't allow smoking, even though the initial booking had specified a smoking room.

The cleanliness was lacking, and the bed was also untidy. When I first entered the room, I saw trash wrapped up under the bed. I found the room's cleanliness lacking. The bottles weren't thrown away, which seemed haphazard. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

Everything was okay except the AC in the room I was staying in wasn't cold enough, even though it was already 16.

This hotel is very comfortable.

So far so good. Strategic location, close to street food and malls.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold, complete, satisfying.

When I'm on vacation near West Jakarta, I always choose Harlys, especially when I'm with my family.

There's no doubt about it, you get what you pay for.

All staff are friendly and helpful

The staff was unfriendly, and there was a stain on the bedcover that we clearly didn't make. We had to pay for it. I'm really sorry I stayed here.

Strategic location and easy access to CP mall and airport.

For the price, it's okay. Breakfast includes rice, bread, coffee, and tea.

Overall okay. Breakfast cannot be chosen. On the first day it was okay, but on subsequent days the side dishes were spicy, so I just ate rice with crackers. There was bread, but the bread wasn't good. Fortunately, the dessert was good. WIFI is very bad.

According to the price, if it's for relaxing, it's not recommended.

The hotel is clean, and the free breakfast for two people is a great deal for that price. The location is comfortable, with plenty of eateries nearby, and it's close to the mall, Indomaret, Alfamidi, and the hospital, so staying here is definitely worth it. There's a deposit, but as long as you follow the hotel's policies, it's safe.

Whenever there's an event in the West Jakarta area, I always stay here. The price is affordable, the location is strategic, check-in is easy, and the hotel has plenty of culinary options nearby.
