Very comfortable, friendly and clean.

Friendly staff but the mattress is very dull and a bit scary heheh

The location is strategic, if you want to go to a place to eat and a mall, it's close, 7 minutes walk.

maybe for the staff to start greeting with a warm smile to the visitors... and in room 2130. there is no mat provided for leaving the bathroom. so it's a bit wet when leaving the toilet

old hotel but still highly recommended, all hotel staff are very kind and sincerely helpful, our car was washed in the morning by the hotel staff... the food is delicious

The hotel's location is very strategic, near the Pasteur toll gate, close to a fairly complete supermarket, close to intercity travel, Sleeping comfort remains calm even though it is close to the main road Vehicle parking is quite comfortable including the security of the polite security guard However, the AC and interior need to be improved or updated to make it more comfortable

very comfortable for a 3 days 2 nights staycation here, the location is very strategic close to many other locations. ilove it next vacation maybe I will book at this hotel again, it's cool😍

Room, toilet, service, all good and clean. Friendly service, car parked overnight was clean in the morning, apparently that was the service offering. Swimming pool is clean, at most 1.8m deep I think. All good anyway

- for the location is ok strategic, access to the toll road is close, many snacks around the hotel, friendly staff, cars are wiped and cleaned by officers. - Many equipment needs to be repaired / replaced because the hotel does look like an old building, some of the power outlets in the room are loose, it's better to replace them for security and safety - Cleanliness is very lacking, especially in the bathroom, the toilet is dirty, it's better to replace it and sorry to flush the dirt in the toilet, it can't just be flushed, it must be helped to flush it using a water spray before the dirt can enter the toilet hole. - no tissue in the room, only toilet tissue in the bathroom - the smell of cigarettes in the room is still there, maybe from the previous occupants, the room should have been given room freshener - the room table is full of ants - had breakfast but there was very little variety of food, when my child wanted to make bread using chocolate sprinkles but the chocolate sprinkles were finished and they were still waiting for the chocolate sprinkles to be refilled but it turned out the staff said the chocolate sprinkles were still to be bought because they were finished and there were also lots of ants in the chocolate sprinkles bowl please pay more attention to cleanliness and comfort.
