This is my first hotel experience.. although I've always passed by this hotel since I was little, this is the first time I've stayed. As for the hotel itself, it has an old feel, considering its age, but it's still functional and comfortable. The only downside is the hair dryer was broken, other than that it was good. The staff was friendly and booking and check-in were easy.

The staff are friendly. From the front door guard's greeting, the staff when checking in, the room cleaning staff, the poolside staff. Basically all the staff I met were friendly, smiling, polite and courteous.
