The hotel is unique, with an old building, but the rooms are super comfortable and the atmosphere is pleasant. It's perfect for a family staycation. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is close to the center of the city. I was very satisfied with my stay here.

Pelangi remains a top choice for accommodation in Malang, thanks to its location, friendly and responsive staff, easy check-in/check-out, and excellent facilities. The spacious rooms are also excellent.

The room is spacious, the staff are friendly, but the hotel does not provide a trolley so it is a bit difficult when carrying things to the hotel, the location is very strategic but unfortunately the town square is still under repair so our New Year's event was only at the cafe in front of the hotel.

First time staying here, the place is comfortable, clean, friendly and fast service, I didn't expect the place to be spacious, there is a terrace in front of the room. I like the vintage building but it is well maintained and very clean. Access is close to the town square, mosque, mall, and Kayu Tangan Heritage, just walking distance. Next time I want to stay here again when on holiday in Malang.

The hotel staff was friendly. Early check-in was allowed. However, I didn't think the mattress was good enough for a 4-star hotel.

There are 2 beds, one is broken in the middle, curved, the other is soft, so it's not comfortable to sleep on, there's only 1 TV channel, the water gallon is often empty, we bought it through Traveloka, got a room on the 2nd floor at the end, carrying suitcases up the stairs is heavy

near Malang city square, very strategic location, but the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, the bed sheets are dull white, maybe because they are too old, if you get a room on level 2 there is no lift so I upgrade to a dormitory room for around 800

The staff is very friendly, my favorite hotel when I visit Malang City, it is very close to Malang City Square, just cross the road, and what's even better is that there is a coffee shop, perfect for enjoying a nice coffee while enjoying the atmosphere in Malang City Square..
