Very clean and quick response, as well as friendly service.

The staff is very friendly, the service is simple, the area is clean and the guest's privacy is very well maintained, the rooms are clean and everything is safe, but unfortunately there are only a few TV channels, moreover there are no TV broadcast images, there is only the broadcast sound

The first day the AC wasn't working properly, and the breakfast served to my room was awful fried rice. The second day I was stuck in the elevator for almost 30 minutes.

Quiet and dark along the corridor

I've stayed here many times because of office work and it's not bad. The deluxe room is clean and quite spacious.

With this price rate, hopefully the service, cleanliness, and availability of toiletries can be improved. Please always check because when we entered the room, the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty and broken. Usually, with that price, I can get better hotel service.

Staff hotel sangat tidak ramah, kebersihan kamar kurang memuaskan, ada kecoa di dalam kamar, closet juga masih kurang bersih, gak ada ketersediaan tisu di kamar tidur dan di dalam toilet.

For a location close to everywhere, I was a bit disappointed just for breakfast, I had breakfast at 8 am and only got leftover white rice and vegetables, all other menus were gone. There was not a single staff in the restaurant.

Hopefully in the future it can be covered with a parking area.

All services are good here except parking. Outdoor parking. Guests park in the open field next to the hotel, without a fence.

The rooms are comfortable, strategic location, close to everywhere you want to go. Riding the elevator doesn't smell fresh, like there's the smell of diesel or something like that, hopefully in the future it will be cooler and fresher when you get in the elevator. BTW, the service (not all of it), one of the receptionists served without a smile, his face was uncomfortable, because he was frowning he never smiled, 3 days there, that's how his face was, at the breakfast place there was also one who never even smiled. For hotel managers, please brief their staff to serve them in a friendly manner, so that guests don't feel embarrassed and feel comfortable. Always success for Puncak Hotel, thank you 🙏.

Strategic location but when you enter the room the AC takes a long time to cool the room, and the AC settings are not common.

The hotel is good, it's just that for breakfast the variant is lacking where it's good, directly below the mall and play area. If you want to get a city view, choose the Deluxe or Junior Suite.
