The hotel staff was friendly, and the hotel was exceptional. I'll definitely be back at Aliante next time.

The check-in process took quite a long time, even after 2:00 PM. There were also no staff available to assist or offer luggage service from the drop-off area to the room. The breakfast was decent, with a standard selection commonly found at most hotels. There is a swimming pool in the basement, although it is relatively small. The room felt quite compact, especially for families traveling with children. On the positive side, the hotel is surrounded by plenty of dining options and is conveniently located just a 5–10 minute walk from the town square.

From room 222, the superior bedroom, there's a view of a passing train 😄. Everything was fine, the towels were clean, though faded. The smart TV and YouTube were slow to load, but when I reported it, it was quickly addressed.

The check-in process was fast, only the room had to go down the stairs, because I booked 2 rooms, bringing suitcases was also heavy, the basement parking was also carried up. The real problem was the room, there were 2 lumps of tissue under the bedside table, woke up at dawn to a stink bug in the room even though the window was closed, the next room in the room had an engineering panel cupboard that couldn't be closed properly. The pillows were so old they were still used for a star hotel like this, children's breakfast was Rp. 60,000, Aston Rp. 65,000, but the food was very different.

The hotel staff is friendly. The breakfast is super delicious for the price. The swimming pool is small but adequate for kids. It's a bit tricky to bring elderly people in wheelchairs, as stairs are everywhere, even though there's an elevator.

The rooms are under construction, not too big and not too small. The food is delicious and there's a lot of variety for a budget hotel.

The service was excellent. The room smelled fragrant and was clean. Breakfast offered a wide selection, from main courses to desserts. If I ever return to Malang, I'd love to stay at The Aliante Hotel again, as the atmosphere is so beautiful and comfortable. Thank you.

This was our first stay at Aliante. While the breakfast menu isn't extensive, it's delicious. Order food from the restaurant, and I found the prices to be fairly standard, tending towards the budget. The family-friendly atmosphere is pleasant.

The Wi-Fi doesn't reach my room on the ground floor, so it won't connect at all. Please expand the coverage area.

Highly recommended. Although it's an older hotel, I understand the amenities, but the service is excellent. There's a welcome drink and snacks, and free ice cream. The breakfast menu is very varied and delicious. Absolutely the best.

Tha Aliante Hotel, stayed there for 3 days and 4 nights, very satisfying, the service was good, friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere was comfortable, the room was clean, basically I was satisfied, if I go to Malang again, I want to stay at The Aliante Hotel again.

The hotel is kid-friendly. There's an indoor pool and a mini playground. Plus, the kids were given ice cream upon check-in, which made them even happier. The most impressive part was the breakfast, which I found luxurious and had so many options it felt like a party. I'd definitely stay here again if I were in Malang.
