The check-in process was fast & I got room 218. The room cleanliness was taken care of again, especially the linen. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They were especially attentive to the clogged drain in the bathroom, which was causing water to pool. The Wi-Fi was unavailable, and the TV wasn't working.

Staying here during Ramadan is a no-brainer, as it's close to the bustling culinary scene around Burangrang/Lengkong/Gatsu. The rooms are spacious and clean (I asked for one with a window), and the air conditioning is cool. However, the TV didn't have a signal when I tried to use it (the technician had to leave at 12 noon).

The room had insects in the bed, on the mattress, and in the bathroom. It's one of the worst hotels in the world.

Great guys, highly recommended. No regrets.

Atmosphere/Facilities: Good, but there's no view from the inside or outside, and it's frustrating when you book a room that doesn't match your expectations. Staff Assistance: The receptionist is nice, but no one manages parking for motorcycles. Overall, the staff is friendly. Price: I think it's a bit pricey for a room without breakfast. Location: Strategically located near the city center.

Stayed 1 night at D'Palma Hotel, given room 517 on the corner of the 3rd floor with a street view, the room is spacious, clean, cool, the service is also friendly, next time I go to Bandung, I will definitely come here again, the hotel is highly recommended, it is close to everywhere too.

It was comfortable. But I was disappointed. I had already ordered a queen-size room but was given a double bed because they were out of stock. Plus, they even had to leave my ID card with the co. The AC was really noisy.
