I was dissatisfied because I had chosen the pick-up and drop-off service, but they didn't pick me up or drop me off at the airport. When I was about to check out, I asked for a pick-up, but they said they only wanted to take me to the airport and that we had to pay extra to get to the terminal. Furthermore, when we booked the hotel, we had specifically requested early check-in, but when we arrived at the check-in counter, they demanded an additional fee for early check-in. So, I think the hotel is very bad because they didn't respect our request. If there are such criteria, it should be clearly stated in the system so we know.

I don't know if it was just my room or something. The AC was hot, the toilet was dirty, there were black spots on the toilet, the mattress was dirty, and the water wasn't hot. The technician arrived in 30 minutes, but it was still hot. Finally, at 3 a.m., I asked to move rooms.
