The room door card didn't work properly, there was no choice for breakfast and we weren't told about it from the start, there was no lift.

Highly recommended for those who want to transit or vacation with family, the staff are very friendly and very helpful during check-in/check-out, the only downside is there are cockroaches in the bathroom🙏

friendly staff and feel comfortable in the hotel

Pnh stay in December 2024. This time booked for my husband. And the service is still very satisfying. Picking up from the airport to the hotel is made easy. And in the morning from the hotel, being dropped off at the terminal is also on time. Thank you Sahid T-More Hotel, will be a regular customer when going to Kupang.

The restaurant is not open 24 hours. Even though the menu says the restaurant is open 24 hours. I wanted to order for sahur but I couldn't.

You can be picked up at the airport free of charge, so when you arrive in Kupang you don't need to worry about having to order a Grab car or taxi.
