Sorry, we only stayed once. There were a lot of noises, like chairs being pulled or moved, and footsteps were constantly heard. It kept happening, and we were able to sleep after the morning prayer.

Overall, all good. The check-in process was fast. The door that wouldn't open was fixed quickly. An item that was left behind was immediately secured and I have received it.

The motorbike parking is a bit dark, the food is varied and delicious.

Fun. Sunday morning there's a competition for kids.

This is my second time staying here, it's pleasant and the staff are friendly.

Pros: Located on the main road, the hotel smells good, the hotel is cool and has lots of trees, there's an ATM next to the gas station, and you can find food just a 100-meter walk from Indomaret, the staff are friendly and always smiling, and the Wi-Fi is fast. Cons: The bath towels are rough and don't smell good, and the wardrobe is noisy.

Clean rooms, friendly service, and excellent breakfast. We got a room with a mountain view.

Please be more careful about check-in times. We waited for approximately an hour to check in, even though we arrived at 2:30 PM. Upon entering the room, the card tap error occurred.

The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The only problem was that there were ants on the table in the room.

I'm a regular here, and I hope the bathroom facilities and room maintenance continue to improve. I got a welcome drink: four choices of tea, coffee, and ginger juice—great. There's plenty of parking for cars and motorbikes, too.

Everything was fine, but unfortunately, I had trouble opening the door three times due to an error and had to wait for a technician. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. Thanks.

I stayed here for the BCT event yesterday, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was also delicious.

Staying here is close to the children's playground (Jungle Water Park), access is also easy.

The service was good, but unfortunately the room was dusty and smelled of cigarette smoke.

The rooms and pool were okay, but the floor near the pool needs to be cleaned again because it was mossy and very slippery. The breakfast was disappointing; the fried rice was smelly, mushy, and had no flavor. Please improve the food, because it has no flavor at all, it's bland.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are also clean.

With affordable prices, holidays are even more enjoyable.

The staff is quick and have often stayed here because every Sunday there are gymnastics and games for children.
