The receptionist was very friendly, but no one accompanied or helped me with my suitcase after checking in. So I had to find my room myself, just guessing which floor my room was on. The water in the sink had been wasted for a long time, but maybe it just happened to be in my room. The breakfast menu was standard. Nothing special. I wanted to swim, but I didn't because the water was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. So I didn't feel like doing anything at the hotel. I preferred going out and about.

The room was okay, and I think this is also in the city center, right? There are lots of street food stalls in front of the hotel starting in the afternoon, and there were also youth activities yesterday when I checked in. It's a good and strategic location.

The hotel room was equipped with the basic necessity.
I stayed at the room without window. It's clean but looked old, there're mosquitoes inside. I think they can do better.

The hotel is an old building. The lobby/lift smells of cigarettes (really), the room AC automatically turns off at night and cannot be turned back on.

+ Friendly, helpful hotel staff, my child's wallet was left in the waiting room, but it was kept at the reception. + Comfortable, clean room, complete amenities, towels, clean bathroom. + Smooth wifi. - Try using room service for food, the taste is so-so, but the portion is really big. Hehe
