The swimming pool is only free for 2 people, the hotel and room atmosphere makes you not dare to go alone, for those who dare, please, the room lights are dim, sleep is constantly disturbed at night by the sound of motorbikes from the road which is really disturbing to the point of waking up all the time.

Friendly service, lots of photo spots and the indoor hot spring pool is also quite comfortable.

This is a very spacious hotel with a Greek-style design, with statues and reliefs everywhere. If you're not a fan of statues, I don't recommend this hotel, as it can feel a bit spooky. However, the price is very reasonable.

Staying here was very satisfying, swimming in a warm water pool, the kids were happy, the food was varied and delicious.

The bed linens weren't very clean, and there was no air conditioning. There was no confirmation on the app for the standard room. But it's great for swimming with kids, and the hotel's atmosphere makes for great photos.

I lost my bracelet here. I asked to see the CCTV but they didn't allow it.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is nice and clean, but for the toilet, the glass shower area cannot be closed, the hotel is spacious and nice, there are lots of photo spots 🥰

Cheap and comfortable hotel, complete facilities, there is a cold water swimming pool and hot water, the children are very happy, sometime we will come back to stay here again

The hot spring pool is awesome, there are 3 pools with different heat levels👍. The receptionist is beautiful and friendly😊

okay only the standard room is really small and the toilet is not comfortable for bathing there is no doormat so it gets wet after bathing for the restaurant it only opens until 14.00 WIB so you have to gofood if you want to eat haha fortunately it's cold in Lembang, the room without AC is also comfortable

really good, got it for the price of 270, the room is near the swimming pool, the temperature at night is 17', at 10 am it's as hot as the morning in Depok, the room is quite clean, the atmosphere is cool and very spacious, what I like the most is the hot water pool, this is what makes the kids swim non-stop, I want to go back again someday...

The hotel is big, the price is pocket-friendly, there are many good photo spots in this hotel, the air is fresh, the view from the room balcony is very nice, the outdoor swimming pool is clean, there is a warm water swimming pool, don't hesitate to stay at this hotel.

Staying here for 3D 2N was very enjoyable even though at first I got a room near the swimming pool which was quite scary and finally asked to move rooms, thank God I was given a room on the 5th floor, a fairly good and large room, the facilities were quite complete, the indoor swimming pool was really warm and nice but there weren't many choices for breakfast, maybe because of the image of this hotel which according to many people is a bit scary, but in reality it's not really true, it's actually safe and enjoyable, the air is so cold so I don't need to use AC because I'm already quite shivering, but the room I booked didn't have AC hehehe, the staff was friendly and humble, at first I regretted it but in the end it was enjoyable, this hotel does need major maintenance to maintain its aesthetics, thank you Grand Paradise.

I stayed for 2 nights on weekdays. Hotel with an old building, but filled with ancient Greek style ornaments and decorations in every corner. Suitable for people who like to take pictures. Standard rooms are small but not as small as budget hotels. But the bathroom is very narrow. Hot water is no problem. The room does not have AC so you have to open the balcony door to cool it down and have circulation The first day it seemed like there were very few guests. With dim lighting and statue ornaments, it created a spooky atmosphere. But I sat in the public space alone at 11 pm, it was safe. Breakfast because there were few guests was not buffet. Got fried rice, fried bananas, toast and bakwan. The taste was quite good The second day there was a group of guests so breakfast was buffet. The menu variations were small but the taste was quite good. I ordered room service spaghetti carbonara, it tasted delicious Friendly staff, good service, amenities added every day, towels changed every day. The warm swimming pool is the best. overall the value is 7/10 My advice for those who want to stay overnight, don't do it on weekdays, and for families don't do standard rooms

The hotel is clean. Located in the city center. Nice rooms. There is a hot tub. Kids friendly. Breakfast is very good and clean. The pool and hotel area are all clean. The staff are all friendly.
