Location near the city, comfortable atmosphere, very good facilities for gym activities, sauna, swimming pool.

First time to Palangka Raya and first time staying at the Aquarius hotel, when we entered the room it was a bit beyond our expectations, we paid that much but the room atmosphere was like a B, not to mention the bed sheets were really wrinkled like they were used or they weren't ironed, I don't know, overall it was okay because the location is in the city center, it's just that the room didn't really make us feel wow when we entered, actually, huh?

This is probably my 5th or 6th stay at this hotel—maybe even more, I’ve lost count! And as always, it delivers the same reliable experience. The atmosphere is pleasant, the comfort level is consistent, and the facilities are well-maintained. As someone who enjoys swimming, I appreciate that the pool is quite decent compared to many hotels in its class. The room rate is also very reasonable, especially when compared to some of the newer hotels in town. One small but thoughtful touch: they provide breads and cakes in the minibar, which is great if you ever feel hungry outside regular meal times. Another big plus is the location—it’s easy and convenient to get around. Just minutes away from cafes, restaurants, offices, and even Palangkaraya’s only shopping center. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the limited parking space. However, the hotel provides helpful security staff who assist with parking, so it’s not a major issue. Overall, still one of my top choices when visiting Palangkaraya.

The main impression about the check-in time, I arrived 2 hours 12 / 2 hours before check-in time (14.00 WIB), but after reporting it turned out I was allowed to go straight to the room, this has never happened to me in any other hotel, and this is a big plus for me and my family because we can immediately rest without having to transit anywhere else because we have to wait for the official check-in time. Great, the cleanliness of the room is very good, only the wifi needs to be improved because it is very necessary when working online. The fitness facilities, spa and swimming pool are easily accessible, I happened to get a room on the 5th floor (the same floor as the facilities) so overall ⭐⭐⭐

The room and other facilities were okay. I was only disturbed by the discotheque noise, which made it difficult for me to sleep.

Overall, the service, breakfast, and facilities were good. The only downside was that the soundproofing in the room was quite poor. Music came in and vibrated.

The hotel staff is friendly and the setting right in the city center provides easy access.
