The staff was really nice, they loved to joke around, and the rooms were spacious. Drinking water was readily available. The breakfast was also excellent.

The room didn't match the description and pictures displayed on tiket.com. The room quality was very poor, with a strong cigarette odor lingering on the pillowcases and blankets. Overall, it's not suitable for anyone looking for a place to rest.

The only downsides were that the Wi-Fi signal was very weak in the room, and the door handle of room 120 was a bit difficult to close. But I was very satisfied with my stay here. The price, location, staff service, room cleanliness, and breakfast were all really good. 👍

I apologize in advance, but I was very disappointed with the room conditions, which did not meet my expectations, unlike previous staycation experiences at other hotels. I've used promotional rates several times, but the room conditions were still fine, no different from other rooms of the same type. Yesterday, I was given a "as is" room, like an additional room, completely unlike other 4-star hotel rooms. As for the facilities, only the pool and restaurant were okay. This was simply my worst staycation experience at this hotel, as far as I've stayed at other 4-star hotels. Thank you.

The location is strategic and clean, but the hotel amenities, such as the bathroom and desk, are old and shabby. They need to be replaced.

We checked in on August 15, 2026, around 10:30 PM. Parking is spacious, even though it's in an additional yard. The service is good, and the staff are friendly. The location is close to the crowds, although far from the city center. Room 543 was clean and spacious, but the water in the toilet tap smelled bad, probably because it was rarely used. Suggestion: The toilet tap should be used regularly (flushing) to avoid the water smelling bad if it is not occupied for a long time. Overall, it's OK.
