The room was a bit small, considering the price and location. However, the air conditioning made a thumping noise every now and then, which was a bit uncomfortable.

My stay at Prima Hotel was very pleasant. I was warmly greeted by receptionist Nury, who offered to wake me up since I didn't have a flight. The staff were friendly and kind, and the hotel was clean and the room smelled great.

For me, this really helps, we are also asked whether we want to be woken up or not, what time breakfast will be delivered... We really need this kind of service when we travel and need a place to rest.

The hotel is great for early flights, just a 3-minute walk down. Staff members Nurul and Yelsi helped us check in early, and they offered a morning call to ensure we didn't miss our flight. The lobby and rooms were very clean and smelled wonderful.

I had a very early flight, but I was greeted warmly and friendly by receptionists Nury and Yelsi, and the cleaning team helped me get my luggage in. The receptionist let me check in early, and the lobby smelled incredibly clean, and the room was also clean and fragrant.

I forgot to document it, but so far the hotel room is comfortable and cool, even though the interior is not too big but it is fully equipped with facilities, very nice in short.
