Nice room, strategic location in the city center next to the mall

A very strategic hotel close to the mall, the staff are friendly when checking in and checking out, you don't have to wait long, the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel rooms are very good, the food for breakfast is also varied and delicious.

The room was spacious and the price is good. Breakfast is okay, needs more various food. They provide for long term stay, e.g 14 days up. Also, the best is location. Their hotel building and mall are next to each other. So, you can go to hotel basement and walk directly to hotel or your can go from the hotel's lobby to the mall. The mall's name is MOG. As this story written, this is very crowded mall especially in Saturday and Sunday. So, if you are a "mall person", then staying here is good. Also, if you bring kids, you easily can go to the mall's food court to purchase food in there. There is supermarket as well.

Friendly staff, left at dawn without having time for breakfast, brought a breakfast box... Overall, it was great.

This was my first time trying this hotel. The service was excellent, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was strategic (next to the mall, not too far from the restaurant I was going to, but there are many roads in the same direction). Keep up the good work and innovate. 👍

Strategic location, next to the mall, comfortable room as long as it is not near the elevator, wide twin beds, comfortable mattress and pillows, breakfast variety is lacking because it hasn't changed much since then

The hotel's location is very strategic. For an executive room, the bathroom is relatively small. However, cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast is so-so, and the service at the egg corner is lacking. But overall, it's okay.

During my 10 days in Batu Malang, moving from hotel to hotel, all the staff were friendly, but the staff at Aria Gajayana were the most welcoming. When I needed to photocopy a letter, they were very friendly and provided prompt service. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a variety of food. The hotel is next to the MOG Mall. It's simply TOP.

The location is strategically located in the city center, in the same area as Malang's largest mall. So finding food and city activities is easy. The only downside is the extremely long check-in time, over an hour, even though we checked in at 2 p.m. on schedule. This needs to be improved.

I've stayed at Aria Gajayana 3 times, because I really like it, the rooms are clean, the swimming pool is also clean, the breakfast has a lot of variety, the service is also friendly... It's okay.
