Overall good, only input is Wi-Fi needs to be improved

This was the best hotel experience of my trip to Indonesia. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast was plentiful. There's a large shopping mall nearby, so I could easily find something to eat. I also took the opportunity to check out the local car and housing market in Indonesia.

Strategically located next to a mall and hospital. Amazingly, it's not noisy at all. The room is very quiet, with no outside noise. The swimming pool is quite spacious, beautiful, and clean. It's only for staying guests, so it's private and comfortable. The breakfast menu is quite varied for the price, but the taste is just so-so. Overall, it's worth the price.

It's good to check in with the family.

Been there like two/three weeks ago for a 3-day business trip, the cleanliness and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I was in a twin deluxe room, the room itself is spacious, the bathroom was OK, the water heater is working, and the bed is comfy. One thing that kinda sucks when I was there is a 5.5 SR earthquake at 1 AM in Pacitan, there were no signs in the hotel nor the alarm that sounds. I was in shock after the bed was shaking and the room was trembling. I was on the 5th floor and suddenly joined the rest of the guests rushing to the emergency staircase, still there's no alarm rang (or is their procedure or something?). Several guests just gathered at the front lobby waiting for the info like is it already safe to get back to the room or not, but there isn't one. We just got back to our room by ourselves. That's the only trauma that left when staying there, overall it's OK, again the staff is friendly, the food was OK, the room is quite comfy and etcetera. Hoped that one day they will be more serious with responding to the force majeure, thank you!

Nice hotel, next time I recommend staying here again with family and friends.

The check-in and check-out process was very fast and the staff were very friendly, there was valet parking and the car was washed, basically the best.

The room was comfortable for my four-day stay. Unfortunately, while we were swimming around 6:00 PM, the cleaning staff were suddenly cleaning the pool area. One of them deliberately waved a mop at me, splashing water on my face. They just stared at me without apologizing. If swimming at night is not allowed, they should have informed us, not acted like that.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is very helpful.

I only came here for transit due to the early morning train schedule. The hotel is comfortable and in the same area as the mall, so I could walk around.

Recommended.. It's in the same building as the mall so it's easy to find food.. Worth it. The breakfast is delicious.. There are lots of menus and they change every day.

The service from the moment you enter is friendly, the staff are friendly, always smiling and greeting guests when they meet them, the room is clean and the breakfast has many varieties and is quite tasty.

I've only stayed at this hotel once and everything was good 😍👍
