no nameplate, when we asked around many did not know and some informed that the hotel had changed its name so it was difficult to find the front office was not very friendly, the security guard/parking attendant was not responsive. the one who helped us park was from the inn in front of it. there were no standard bathroom facilities, such as soap and toothpaste. and the drain was clogged

For the first time, I did not get any towel in my room. Already requested, but too many reasons from the staff. I hope you can improve any crust in washtafel, bathtub, and floor not only pasting using ceramic glue carelessly. Also, the remote TV didn't work well, so I cannot watch TV easily. The good thing is only the distance is not far from Malioboro and around. We can walk and sightseeing the crowd.

Old hotel, old bed, old toilet, old interior, staying here makes you not want to take a shower, the location is the best, close to Malioboro.... Just stay here once 😁

When I wanted to check in, the room that I had booked from Traveloka was occupied by guests and the hotel staff on duty in the morning did not provide any confirmation. I was a bit confused because I was tired from traveling all the way from Jakarta. Luckily, the staff on duty at night were able to resolve the problem quickly and promptly. Thank you to the guys on duty at night for helping my family check in. The guys on duty at night were TOP. Yesterday, it was cleaned again quickly and the AC was cold.

Good... quite good, comfortable, clean (minus the toilet tissue is not available, the liquid soap/soap dispenser is broken/hard and cannot be used + brush/toothpaste + hot water is not available/cannot be used, only the tools are available + the towels are not ready (they were only available in the morning and I asked for them first, because I wanted to take a shower) 😇... please fix/improve the supplies & service).. thank you🙏

Very bad hotel, smelly pillows and blankets, dirty bathroom. So no one took a shower. The AC didn't work. So they gave me a fan. The room key didn't work, the toilet didn't have water. Extra bed 150 thousand but it felt like wire. With an expensive price compared to the hotels next door. Finally moved hotels because I couldn't stand it. Just once, I won't repeat it again.
