The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.. but the receptionist has a really grumpy face..
This is an old hotel.. according to the price.. but not comfortable for sleeping because the music from above is really noisy.. and there are lots of cockroaches..

There are some baby cockroaches running around. It's a bit dirty. And the room is not soundproof because the music from the next building can still be heard. The WiFi is really slow

The location is very strategic, all the staff are very friendly and polite and both from housekeeping, security, receptionist, check-in and check-out staff are very helpful, the staff who served me were Ms. Dita, kind, friendly, there was an incident where I forgot to return the key, and Ms. Dita called, and her call was polite, reminding me that the key had not been returned, top notch. Hotel is the best for me. What makes me always in this hotel is because the staff is always friendly, polite, kind, good communication. All staff ratings are above 5 stars, especially Mbak Dian and Mira and all staff (security, receptionist, housekeeping and others) all are the best.
